This tour celebrates the history and contributions of those people. First, we go to Lower Manhattan, where we explore the role Spanish and Latinx people played in the exploration and establishment of what we now call New York. Next, we visit Central and East Harlem to discuss the cultural contributions of Latinx people including beautiful street art murals that celebrate Latin-American Heritage and iconic cultural institutions where Latinx people share their artistic genius with the world. Finally, we head over to the Bronx, where people of Spanish or Latin American descent are now the majority of the population, to discuss the impact of Latinx people on the judiciary, politics, and the future of our country.
