Yes, prepayment is required.
-
As reservations guarantee your space on a tour, we do not offer refunds or partial credit. Our tours often sell out. It is your responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time.
-
Cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice will receive the opportunity to reschedule. All requests must be put in writing and received by us. Please email us here.

We do not have a formal wait list. However, if a particular date and time is sold out, we may add an additional tour on that day. We ask that you email us here if you are interested in reserving a place on a sold out tour.
