  • Some tours are not included in certain passes, please check the Pass you purchased while making a reservation.
  • A credit card is required to hold the reservation, you will not be charged unless you don’t show up or the pass is invalid on the tour date.
  • Guests who cancel the tour less than 48 hours before the tour departure date will also be charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the departure date are not accepted.
  • All requests must be in writing and received by us via email (simply reply to the confirmation email, or send the email to sales@insideouttours.com).
