Flexible Rescheduling and Policies

Inside Out Tours understands that unforeseen circumstances arise, and we are open to customer communication. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Should you decide to make any changes to your reservation after confirmation, our customer service team will do everything possible to fulfill your request. Please use our contact page to submit your request.

Should you decide to cancel your reservation, please keep in mind that our tours are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another date at the discretion of Inside Out Tours. Our cancellation policy requires that you contact us here, contingent on penalty fee dates.

Complaints must be made in writing using our contact page. Claims must be received no later than 14 days after the date that services were provided. Any claim received after the 14 days will be processed at the discretion of Inside Out Tours LLC.

Inside Out Tours assumes no liability or responsibility for traffic conditions, access to sites or other conditions beyond its control, including sudden closure and non-access to streets, landmarks or stites by police and/or government officials.

Inside Out Tours reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, including schedules and rates. Inside Out Tours also reserves the right to cancel or substitute tour routes and to substitute restaurants, attractions, landmarks and/or sites without prior notice as directed by officials or factors out of its control.

Inside Out Tours may serve as an agent or contract with third party vendors or venues. Third party vendors or venues may also perform services during tours or experiences arranged by Inside Out Tours. Inside Out Tours does not assume liability for the negligence, recklessness or misconduct by third party vendors or venues.
